Our History

De Sun International

Our company has a rich history that dates back to 1993 when we started as leather tanners under the name Sunrise Tanning Industries. For over a decade, we focused on tanning leather using traditional techniques and using only the finest materials.

In 2009

We saw an opportunity to scale our business and meet the pent-up demand for high-quality leather goods. We shifted to a larger manufacturing facility in the Calcutta Leather Complex Zone 2, Plot 110, and refined our manufacturing process to produce the finest leather products.

In 2013

The son of the founder, Israr Ahmed, took over the business and established a new exporting house named De Sun International. Under his leadership, the company has continued to grow and reach new heights.

Today, we are a globally recognized brand that specializes in the production and export of Vintage – style leather goods. Our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and innovation has earned us a loyal customer base and a reputation for excellence.
